After a pipe broke in my rental house and hot water flooded the basement apartment (1 week before xmas) the insurance sent Avalon Steamatic to assess the damage. They arrived in minutes and were very professional and helpful guiding me through what needed to be done! From getting my tenant packed and moved out to helping with paint and flooring options. They let me use whatever suppliers I wanted and I didn't even have to Worry about delivery. I thought it would be very stressful dealing with an insurance claim and contractors but they made it easy.
